Our client a leading global law firm are looking for an Employment Associate to join their top-tier London team.
What you'll do:
* Lead on complex employment tribunal litigation, with advocacy opportunities.
* Advise HR leaders, GCs, and boards on strategic employee relations.
* Draft and negotiate high-value contracts, policies and exits.
* Represent high net-worth individuals and handle team moves.
* Coordinate cross-border projects for global clients.
* Handle High Court disputes on restrictive covenants and business protection.
* Provide sole employment support on major corporate transactions.
What we’re looking for:
* UK-qualified solicitor, 3 to 5 + years PQE with strong experience in contentious and non-contentious employment work gained in another leading City firm.
* Excellent technical skills with a commercial mindset.
* Confident communicator and trusted client advisor.
* Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to drive business development.
