Are you a commercially astute leader with experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain delivery? We’re hiring a Senior Commercial Manager to lead a high-performing consultancy team on a flagship defence programme.

You'll work closely with the Ministry of Defence and other senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction and drive excellence across major projects.
🧩 Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading contract and commercial management across complex portfolios
* Managing tendering processes and producing contract documentation
* Overseeing supplier and cost performance, change control, and governance
* Supporting carbon reduction initiatives and ethical operations
* Driving continuous improvement across teams and systems
✅ What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in procurement, commercial or supply chain management
* Understanding of NEC3/4 or Defence-specific contracts
* Familiarity with UK public procurement regulations
* Developed stakeholder engagement skills
* Active or eligible for UK Security Clearance
* Professional membership (CIPS, APM, CCM or similar) is desirable
