Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children's learning and development Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning journeys Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all timesRequirements: A minimum a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) Previous experience working in an early years setting A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development An enhanced DBSWhy Tempest Education?
