We’re working with a leading global gaming technology provider that delivers cutting-edge content and solutions across regulated gambling, betting, lottery, social and leisure markets. Their games are played by millions worldwide, both in retail and online, and they are recognised for creating highly engaging, visually stunning content.
They are now seeking a Head of Art and Animation to take ownership of the creative vision and lead the art team in producing world-class slot and gaming content.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and inspire a talented team of Artists and Animators to deliver visually outstanding games.
* Define and guide the art style, storytelling, and overall visual experience.
* Provide technical support and ensure best practices in workflows and processes.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Studio and Game Designers to bring concepts to life.
* Create project art estimates and drive delivery against timescales and budgets.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving art styles.
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years’ experience leading a team of Artists or 3+ years as a Senior Artist in the iGaming industry, ready to step up.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent understanding of visual design, animation, and storytelling.
* A passion for creativity, innovation, and producing industry-leading visuals.
