Quality Engineer Fareham, Hampshire Competitive based on experience Full Time, Permanent We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join a high-performing aerospace manufacturing team as part of an exciting transformation into a new Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards within a business that supplies fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. In this role, you will work closely with a team of Quality Engineers to support a wide range of quality activities across the business. You will help develop, implement, and maintain quality management initiatives, support internal and external customers, train staff in Self-Certification approval status, and carry out audits across both processes and products. The role You will take responsibility for supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, including KPI reporting, management quality reviews, quality investigations, product recalls, and documentation control. You will also contribute to design reviews, new product introduction, certifying staff training, and the maintenance of company approvals and audit programmes.
