You’ll own the setup, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows their way around ad tech and loves making campaigns run like clockwork.
* End‑to‑end campaign setup across programmatic and paid channels
* Manage ad trafficking, tagging, and QA processes
* Work closely with Paid Media & Planning teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimise performance
* Own reporting, tracking, and data accuracy (GTM, pixels, tags)
* Liaise with vendors, platforms, and tech partners
What You Bring
* Strong experience in Ad Ops / Campaign Management
* Solid knowledge of platforms like DV360, CM360, or similar
* Experience with tracking, tagging, and attribution (GTM, Floodlights etc.)
* Detail obsessed, you spot issues before they become problems
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment
* Proper growth opportunity in a scaling agency
