Job Description
* Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Supervise a team of accounts payable professionals, providing guidance and support.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* Oversee supplier relationships, resolving queries and maintaining strong partnerships.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external financial regulations.
* Prepare reports and analysis on accounts payable performance for senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments to support the accounting & finance team.
* Assist in the transition of processes during this fixed-term contract as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Manager should have:
* Proven experience in managing accounts payable functions within a similar industry.
* Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team effectively.
* Knowledge of accounting systems and financial regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
