The Opportunity
We're hiring a Senior/Lead Product Designer to own the UX/UI of a breakthrough mobile app that merges voice interaction, avatars, and real-time learning. You'll be the 3rd Product Designer in a lean, high-impact team with significant influence over product direction and visual identity.
What You'll Do
Design for Impact
• Lead end-to-end design for native iOS/Android.
• Turn complex interaction models into simple, elegant interfaces.
• Craft accessible, emotionally resonant journeys.
Shape New Interaction Models
• Define how users engage with avatar tutors and conversational UI.
• Prototype voice/AI-driven patterns that feel intuitive and human.
Drive Product Quality
• Run research and testing; iterate using qualitative insights and product data.
• Build and scale a coherent design system.
Collaborate Across the Company
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership.
• Ship quickly, own outcomes, and strengthen design culture.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years designing high-quality, consumer mobile apps.
• Exceptional UI craft and systems thinking; shipped native apps (Swift/Kotlin familiarity a plus).
• Understanding of usability/accessibility; comfort with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Portfolio of real production work (not only concepts).
• Bonus: experience in education, personal health, mental wellness, or AI/voice/chatbot UX.
