The role: Temporary Receptionist
Length of assignment: on-going
Location: Perth
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in the reception team, setting the tone for a welcoming and professional experience. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support across the organisation, ensuring smooth customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Greeting visitors
* Organising hospitality
* Providing VIP service to clients
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Has previous experience in a corporate /high end reception/administration role
* Enjoys helping others and working in a team
* Possesses excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
