About the Role You will be part of our newly formed Global cash team servicing 23 countries across the world allocating and processing cash receipts across multiple currencies. Main Responsibilities Responsible for allocating global customer receipts. Assisting with bank reconciliation. Managing the allocation of PayPal and other receipts from alternative payment platforms. Managing direct debit process. Support with posting bad debt provision Supporting collections with putting accounts on stop. Take card payments over the phone. Supporting on team projects to standardise processes. Required Qualifications and Experience Experience working in a cash handling role/AR role Experience working with multiple currencies. Required skills and competencies Proficient English language skills, any other language would be an asset. Ability to time manage and prioritize. Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones. Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Attention to detail. Service orientated. Excellent written/communication skills.
