Holy Family RC Primary School is a one form entry welcoming school in Kirkholt, Rochdale. Rooted in our Catholic ethos, we strive to foster the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of every child.

We are currently seeking two outstanding and inspirational Assistant Headteachers to join our leadership team. The positions offer great scope and potential, and the successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering our shared mission: to provide an outstanding Catholic education that inspires, nurtures, and develops every child within our community. Role 1:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Headteacher with SEND responsibility to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Headteacher in driving forward Holy Family’s vision and values.

Responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing SEND across the school ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.

* Overseeing an area of inclusion, ensuring all pupils have access to the curriculum and are supported to achieve their potential.

* Leading a core subject area, driving improvements and ensuring high standards.

* Undertaking a teaching responsibility, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting pupil progress.

* Upholding and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school, leading Celebration of the Word and supporting the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of pupils.

Post 2:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Headteacher with curriculum responsibility to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Headteacher in driving forward Holy Family’s vision and values.

Responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing curriculum across the school ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.

* Overseeing an area of inclusion, ensuring all pupils have access to the curriculum and are supported to achieve their potential.
