What you’ll be doing
as a Planner
You’ll be responsible for planning and organising workloads for field teams within our Service Management Centre. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling and coordination: Plan repairs, allocate tasks to Repair & Maintenance teams, and circulate whereabouts to Supervisors.
2. Permit and ticket management: Review and update permit conditions, raise NST tickets for planned and emergency work, and manage related housekeeping.
3. Real-time operations: Monitor Gantt charts, manage in-day completion and allocation of e-digs and reactive works, and notify Supervisors of schedule changes.
4. Customer engagement: Handle customer call-backs and ensure timely communication.
5. This role can be based at either the Kidlington Office – OX5 1QT or Kemble Court in Reading – RG2 6AD.
6. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week on-site.
What you should bring to the role
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
9. Confident in learning new software quickly, with good Microsoft Office skills.
10. Experience in a customer service, resource management or coordinator role is desirable.
11. An understanding of the Clean Water network is desirable.
