Minimum qualifications:

* 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
* 2 years of experience working in the media industry or on performance products.
* Experience working with B and C-level agency executives and across all management levels.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams within Google to execute these strategies, promote product adoption, and meet growth targets in a dynamic digital environment.

We observe the ongoing digital transformation as advertising moves to mobile and online platforms. We help shape how companies expand their businesses in the digital age by advising on Google's diverse products across search, video, and mobile platforms to connect with audiences effectively.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage strategic relationships with C-level clients and stakeholders within your assigned agency, understanding their business and marketing goals.
* Present the value of Google's advertising products to help agencies meet client objectives, emphasizing performance marketing solutions and measurable impact.
* Promote Demand Led Growth strategies and encourage the adoption of Google's AI-powered advertising products and new formats within agency partnerships to increase market share.
* Co-develop and implement short and long-term joint strategies with agencies, promoting the adoption of Google's performance solutions (Search, PMax, Measurement, etc.) to meet growth targets.
* Lead cross-functional teams within Google to execute strategic initiatives (e.g., Joint Technical plans with gTech), drive product adoption, and achieve growth goals for your agency.
