Role Information
• The Head of Digital Growth Squad leads a transversal community of Digital Solutions Sales Specialists
•Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Digital Growth Squad to operate as a single high-performing team across countries.
• Offerings include Digital Banking Suite, Digital Account Opening, Digital Lending, Digital Payments (e.g. Wero), Open Banking, along with the upcoming bank-specific AI solutions
• Working on 6+ figure deals
• Selling to C-level decision makers
• Up to £150k base + Double OTE uncapped
• Can be based in London, Paris, Brussels, or Dubai
Candidate Requirements
• Senior experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within banking or fintech sectors.
• Track record of overachieving targets
• Consultative sell, managing multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional in interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
