Temporary Teaching Assistant - Level 2
Hours: 32.5 hours Term Time only
Salary: Grade 4 (£25,583 x 77.15%)
Start Date: 1st September 2026 to be reviewed termly
Perthcelyn Community Primary School is situated in Perthcelyn, Mountain Ash. We currently have 121 pupils on roll aged between 3 and 11 (which includes 18 pupils who access our two ASD Learning Support Classes).

The Governing body wishes to appoint a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to complement our existing committed team. We are looking for somebody with energy and drive to provide positive learning experiences for our Nursery and Reception pupils.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with teaching and support staff to maintain and continue to develop an innovative, dynamic and engaging learning environment to ensure that our mission of ‘Every Child, Every Opportunity, Every Day’ is realised.
