The Technician role: As a Technician, you'll be part of a structured development programme, working across various highways disciplines. You'll gain hands-on experience in areas like highway design, construction, traffic management, and strategic transport planning. From using CAD software to delivering real-world projects, you'll be making a difference from day one. What will you study? You'll be enrolled on the Level 4 Civil Engineering Senior Technician Apprenticeship (ST0046). This course typically runs for 36 months and includes: One day per week release to attend college in Leeds A blend of classroom learning and practical application Development of technical knowledge in design, surveying, construction, and project delivery Minimum Entry Requirements: A relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., BTEC, A or T Levels, or equivalent) Willingness to undertake a Level 4 qualification in Engineering Strong IT and communication skills A passion for learning and contributing to your community Why choose us?
