<div><h3>Talk Staff Recruitment, Coventry, West Midlands, England</h3><p>Our client, a very reputable firm, are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary for their Commercial Property Department based in Coventry. You will be tasked with providing secretarial support and assistance. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced secretary to play a key role in assisting our client of expert legal personnel within a friendly and supportive team environment.</p><h3>Mandatory Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience of working within the Legal Sector</li><li>Experience of working as a Legal Assistant/Secretary</li><li>Understanding of commercial property processes</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office & Case Management Systems</li><li>Strong organisational skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Audio & copy typing, emailing, photocopying, filing of letters, emails and documents</li><li>Completing forms and drafting documents</li><li>Operating electronic search systems and submitting applications to the Land Registry and HMRC</li><li>Running files on a case management system and following file procedures</li><li>Dealing with Money Laundering procedures including scanning client ID, electronic verification and identification within Office Procedures</li><li>Producing completion statements</li><li>Producing invoices and dealing with accounting</li><li>Undertaking inhouse training and development</li><li>Speaking to clients and professional contacts, personally and by telephone, answering queries, giving information and making appointments</li><li>Covering reception as & when required</li><li>Providing commercial conveyancing secretarial administration, assistance and support</li></ul><h3>Salary & Working Hours</h3><p>Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience.</p><p>Working Hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with 1 hour’s lunch.</p></div>
