This may be through finding new sources of revenue, unlocking unmet customer needs within the existing merchant portfolio, or driving upsell opportunities. The team works cross-functionally with other PayPal teamsYour way to ImpactOpportunity to work on projects that involve some of the largest eCommerce businesses in the Europe. Your work will directly impact the bottom line of the Europe business and strengthen PayPalmarket leading position in the Payments space.Your day to dayConduct data driven deep dive analysis on strategic topics e.g. new vertical analysis, merchant churn and other strategic themes as identified by the business.Track performance of our merchant business against goals, identify where and why we are over or under-performingSupport the Enterprise Sales team with strategic and tactical decisionUse various data \/ extraction manipulation techniques (using R\/SQL\/Python\/MS Excel) to understand past trendsWrite code that automate dashboards allowing Sales Teams to find new opportunitiesWhat do you need to bring-Currently studying for an Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Science or other numerate degreeEnrolled on a university course in your penultimate year, final year with a predicted or achieved 2.1 or aboveCommercial mindset coupled with analytical mindset and high attention to detailExceptional at interpreting and drawing business insights from data and analysisExcellent oral, written, and communication\/presentation skillsExcellent knowledge of R\/SQL\/Python\/MS Excel ability to run queries to extract data from multiple systems preferredWork authorization for the United Kingdom requiredPayPal does not charge candidates any fees for courses, applications, resume reviews, interviews, background checks, or onboarding.
