We are currently recruiting a for part time Stock Control Administrator working 3 days per week, initially this is for a period of 3 months however there is a potential for this to be extended and the salary will be pro-rota. Purpose of Role: Responsible for stock management including ordering, delivery, stock taking, liaising with manufacturers, export/import approvals, organisation and reporting Main Duties and Responsibilities Managing delivery drivers and daily courier/postal collections Unpacking/packing stock Creating shipping and courier labels Stock inventory, storage and organisation Stock control-Stock movements and timely management Stock takes and regular audits for ISO compliance. Using company IT systems including Sage and Microsoft Dynamics/365 for accurate stock management Issuing engineer and technician stock including regular calibration of tools for ISO compliance General administration duties Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication Demonstrate strong organisational skills. Numerate and IT literate. Results orientated. Attention to detail. Planning and operational Able to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines. Problem-solving Stock ordering Stock receipting Stock management Auditing and reporting Experience Required: Proven experience as a stock controller or inventory management Knowledge and understanding of Dental, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sales preferred. Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Packages -specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and Power point Qualifications Required: 5 GCSES, or equivalent or qualified by experience.
