We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of office operations. This role involves managing various clerical tasks, ensuring efficient office functionality, and providing support to team members. The Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling data entry, and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
* Manage and organise files, both physical and digital
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary
* Provide clerical support to various departments as required
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
* Prior clerical experience will be advantageous
