Location: Bury area
Salary: Up to £26,000 + 10% bonus

Main duties include:
Take full ownership of your own ledger, ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any account-related queries promptly
Proactively chase outstanding debt through regular follow-up and communication
Monitor and identify high-risk accounts, flagging potential financial concerns early
Manage the disconnection process for overdue accounts, in line with strict credit control procedures
Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing credit control processes and procedures
Support with ad hoc reporting as required
