About the Role:
Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school from September. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to begin or continue their teaching career within a positive and engaging school environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, creating an inclusive classroom environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils
3. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
4. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
