These include mental health conditions, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, eating disorders and substance misuse. The service supports a maximum of seven individuals, allowing for a highly personalised and person-centred approach to care. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational responsibilities with direct support on the floor. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service while maintaining high standards of care and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Support the Registered Manager with the overall management of the service * Lead shifts and provide high-quality, person-centred support * Supervise, mentor and support staff performance and development * Assist with rota planning, audits and compliance tasks * Maintain and review care plans, risk assessments and records * Liaise with external professionals and support admissions and reviews Shifts and Working Pattern The role involves a mixture of shifts, combining office-based duties with hands-on floor work. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service and the staff team.
