Salary: up to £45,000, based on experience

Job Summary
As the Executive Assistant to the Directors/ Office Manager, you will undertake a range of pivotal responsibilities essential to our operations. These include complex diary management for 3-5 people, booking travel, general office management, hosting office meetings, handling adhoc administrative duties.
This is a full-time position from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role will be based 5 days a week in our London Bridge office. At this time, sponsorship is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Complex Diary Management for 3-5 people (C Suite): Efficiently manage directors' complex schedules and diaries, including coordinating appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, managing over-bookings, arranging lunches, organising events etc.
* General Office Management Tasks: Handle all office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure smooth daily operations to support overall organisational efficiency. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organise internal and external meetings, arranging for catering and materials as needed.
* Supporting Other Business Teams with Interim Tasks: Collaborate with other business teams, providing interim support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a hyper focus to detail; who is able to multi-task at a high level; and has the diplomacy and sensibility to be a seamless extension of the Executives they cater to, in order to carefully manage their calendars, alert them to upcoming major events, keep them closely updated, and organise their days.
Must Haves:
* You’re an incredible communicator, no matter the seniority of the person you are talking to
* Arehighlyorganisedand reliablewith astrong work ethic
* At least five years experience as an executive assistant to C-Suite and office manager
* Can multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
* You’re able to work autonomously
* Solve problems in a practical way
* Obsessed with keeping e-files organised
* Flourish working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
* Tech-Savvy (we use the Microsoft 365 suite)
* Are cool under pressure and have alogical, practical approach to problem solving
* Take initiative with colleagues in a positive and professional manner
