1. Provide expert technical and service advice to customers over the telephone, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
2. Coordinate and schedule Service Engineer/Agent call-outs as required, ensuring accurate documentation on our Alpha systems.
3. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and service history, ensuring all paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
4. Proactively follow up with Engineers/Service Agents to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, meeting specified response times.
5. Monitor and escalate extreme or genuine complaint cases to the Helpline Supervisor, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
6. Respond promptly to customer letters and emails, offering appropriate technical/service guidance to address their inquiries.
