Salary: £120,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: We need 10–12 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally within SAP consulting or a system integrator. We need a proven track record of winning large SAP consulting engagements. We need experience leading or building sales teams in an SAP or enterprise technology services environment. We need deep understanding of S/4HANA, EAM, BTP, and digital transformation programmes. We need demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders. We need a strong background in strategic account management and complex commercial negotiation. We need skills in strategic sales leadership, enterprise solution selling, pipeline development and forecasting, client relationship management, commercial negotiation, and executive communication. Responsibilities: We define and execute sales strategy across EAM, Digital Core, and Intelligent Technology practices. We drive year-on-year revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. We build and manage a strong, predictable enterprise sales pipeline. We lead, mentor, and scale our Sales and Business Development team. We establish sales governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks. We build and maintain C-level relationships across enterprise accounts. We lead strategic SAP consulting deal pursuits from opportunity to close. We develop and maintain strong SAP ecosystem relationships, including AEs and Partner Managers. We identify and develop opportunities through SAP RISE, GROW, BTP, and S/4HANA programmes. We oversee winning proposals, RFP responses, and commercial strategies. We drive expansion into new sectors, services, and geographies.
