This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR experience who wants broad exposure, autonomy, and the chance to grow in an international setting. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative HR team supporting the full employee lifecycle across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, including:
* Supporting onboarding, induction scheduling, documentation and employee lifecycle administration
* Preparing HR documentation, contracts and offer letters
* Coordinating interviews and managing recruitment administration
* Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance
* Assisting with payroll preparation and benefits data
* Owning key processes such as GDPR checks and policy updates
* Contributing to reporting (headcount, turnover, absence, diversity metrics) as skills develop
This is a varied and truly generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys structure but also has the curiosity to take on new responsibilities over time.
Experience We’re Looking For:
* 12–18 months of experience in an HR role (Financial Services experience is preferable)
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident working with confidential information
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using HR systems and Excel
* Interest in working within a global, fast‑moving environment
* Additional European languages a bonus (not required)
