A market-leading supplier to the HVAC industry is looking for a motivated Internal Salesperson to join their successful business in Cardiff. You'll be building strong relationships with B2B customers, maximising the profitability of your customer accounts and be proactively developing new business.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nThe business you'll be joining is busy, profitable and holds a strong position in their market. They are part of an impressive £1 billion UK group of distribution companies that already employ over 2,000 people across the UK.
Their product range includes HVAC, metering, valves, actuators, inverters, controllers, pressure sensors and more.\n\nIn this Internal Sales role, your responsibilities will include:\n\nDeveloping and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and B2B clients including BMS systems integrators, mechanical contractors, HVAC distributors and FM companies. \nSpotting opportunities to grow current business accounts\nWorking closely with the external sales team to pinpoint and implement specific strategies to achieve sales targets\nProviding quotations for new and existing customers with competitive pricing and support \nNegotiating with suppliers to maximise marginRewards\n\nAs an Internal Sales Executive you'll receive:\n\nA starting salary between £28,000 - £32,000 (negotiable depending on experience)\nUncapped annual bonus\nOn-going training and development\nTeam-focused, social working environment with regular team-building nights out\nWorking hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00; Friday, 8:00-15:30 or 8:30-16:00 (within operating hours of Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00 and Fri 8:00-16:00, depending on your preference)Requirements\n\nTo succeed in this Internal Sales role, you should have:\n\nProven experience in sales and managing customer accounts\nA self-motivated, proactive attitude and be a strong team player\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\nExperience in wholesale, distribution, merchant, or engineering sales (preferred)\nKnowledge of the HVAC or BMS industry (advantageous but not essential)If you think you have what it takes, apply today to find out more
