Start Date: July | Long-Term Rail Work | Competitive Rates We are actively recruiting for experienced COSS (Controller of Site Safety) with full qualifications to support an upcoming infrastructure project across the Wales & Western region. Job Details: Location: Various sites across Wales & Western (specifics TBC) Start Date: July 2025 Duration: Ongoing work for the right candidate Pay Type: PAYE / Umbrella (TBC depending on contract) Requirements: Valid Sentinel Card with in-date COSS competency Full First Aid at Work certificate (3-day) SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Strong understanding of Safe System of Work procedures Good communication and leadership on live rail sites Key Duties: Leading and maintaining safe systems of work for site staff Conducting safety briefings and brief packs Liaising with PICOPs, site managers, and teams Ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards and procedures As an equal opportunities employer McGinley Support Services (Infrastructure) Ltd is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective applicants.
