Responsibilities:
* Planning and delivering a range of activities and experiences that support children's development
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times
* Observing and assessing children's progress and providing feedback to parents
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Passionate about providing high-quality care and education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
