The Role As the dedicated PLC Programmer, you will play a key part in automation and new product integration: * Program PLCs in ladder logic to control waterjet cutting machinery * Create, optimise and maintain cutting programs for new and existing products * Support new product introduction into full-scale production * Improve machine utilisation, cycle times and reliability * Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and operations * Troubleshoot control issues and continuously enhance system performance You will not be desk-locked — expect hands-on interaction with equipment and real engineering impact on the shop floor.
