The Mission: Closing the Gap in autism & ADHD Family Dupport In the UK, nearly 1 million people are currently on waitlists for Autism or ADHD assessments. Half of them are children. These families are often at breaking point, feeling desperate and overwhelmed for years, with nothing out there to help. We have built an AI platform designed to provide immediate, evidence-based support the moment it’s needed. We aren’t just building an app; we are building a lifeline. The Role We are looking for a data-obsessed, Full Funnel Growth Marketer to join us. You won't just be running ads, you will be architecting our growth engine. You will design experiments across the entire funnel, identify winning marketing mixes and app enhancements that achieve strong LTV:CAC, and scale them rapidly. Key Responsibilities * Rapid Experimentation: Design and execute lean tests across channels to find winning marketing mixes * Full Funnel Analysis: Monitor the journey from first impression to long-term active user, identifying friction points. * Creative Strategy: Work with the team to develop high-performing ad copy and creative assets that resonate deeply with customers. * Scale: Once a channel mix is proven, build the playbook to scale it. Requirements Who You Are * Strategic: You can think at a high level about brand positioning * Hands on: You are hands on the tools: eg Google & Meta ads, GA4, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, etc. * AI empowered: You have a team of AIs to help you. * Data-First: You live in the dashboard. You understand attribution, B2B and B2C app and SaaS LTV:CAC ratios, and cohort analysis. * Scientific: You can run multiple experiments per week and disentangle correlation from causation. * Bristol-Based: We believe in the power of physical collaboration for team building. You must be able to join the team in Bristol for regular strategy and relationship-building sessions.
