Pre-School Setting Leader (Welshpool CiW Primary School)
Salary
* Grade 6, Point 11 to Point 14 — £28,142 to £29,540 per annum pro rata (£14.58 to £15.31 per hour)
Responsibilities
* Work as a Pre-School Setting Leader in the school’s 3+ setting (Happitots) and contribute to high-quality, play-based experiences for 3-year-old children in line with the Curriculum for Wales.
* Collaborate as a team member within the setting, Tinytots (Flying Start), and the main school.
* Support and implement safeguarding policies; ensure safe practices within the setting.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Some knowledge of Welsh is a requirement of this post.
* Enthusiastic and suitably experienced candidate with relevant early years experience.
Employment Details
* Fixed-term one-year contract in the existing pre-school setting, Happitots.
* Contract under the direction of the Responsible Individual; reference checks, enhanced DBS, and other relevant clearances required.
