Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to build upon the current offering of traditional pub classics and fish dishes - Embrace the opportunity to live on-site, with the option of working straight shifts over 4.5 days per week Preferred Requirements: Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with a proven track record of leading a kitchen team Exceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of traditional British pub fare, as well as a passion for incorporating local, seasonal ingredients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative team dynamic Adaptability and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our destination-led pub Preferred Qualifications: Formal culinary training or a relevant degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts Experience working in a similar pub or restaurant environment, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests The Package £38-£40k Salary Live-in available Why Apply with Fire Group?
