Our client is a highly successful, global Professional services Recruitment Consultancy in Manchester and they have engaged with us to help them find two Learning & Development Managers. This is not your typical L&D role its designed for experienced recruiters (34 years+) who want to step away from billing and into coaching, mentoring, and developing others. The Role As an L&D Manager, youll be embedded within the sales floor, supporting 23 recruitment teams (around 4050 consultants in total). Youll play a hands-on role in developing consultants at all levels from new starters through to experienced managers. Your day-to-day will include: * One-to-one coaching (c. 80%) call coaching, listening back to conversations, and giving targeted feedback to improve BD, client engagement, and process.
