Job Description
The Credit Controller's responsibilities include:
Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimise overdue balances.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently and accurately.Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness as per company policies.Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments and handle queries professionally.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes.Support the implementation of best practices in credit control procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with regulations.The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
Previous experience in credit control.A strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial regulations.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients effectively.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.What's on Offer
