Aberdeenshire’s Occupational Therapy Service is delighted to offer three new Band 6 posts for experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapists to join our community rehab teams to provide full assessment and treatment programmes for people living in their own homes, as well as help shape and deliver the Discharge to Assess (D2A) model across Aberdeenshire.
We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking professionals to join our teams based in Fraserburgh, Inverurie, and Stonehaven.
As part of this innovative service development, you will:
 1. Provide a priority response to facilitate timely hospital discharge.
 2. Work within a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency framework to ensure seamless care in the community.
 3. Manage a diverse caseload with a wide range of conditions and complex needs.
 4. Supervise and allocate work to OT support staff and contribute to student training.
 5. Play an active role in service development within your locality and the wider Health & Social Care Partnership.

 6. Strong clinical experience across a variety of conditions.
 7. Excellent communication, organisational, and caseload management skills.
 8. A passion for rehabilitation and community-based care.
