Site Agent - Water Infrastructure Projects (Permanent)
We're recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering non-infrastructure water projects as part of long-term regional frameworks.
You'll take responsibility for two projects in the Stansted area, valued at £1.8m and £5.7m, overseeing day-to-day operations, programme management, and client coordination from start to completion. Sewage Treatment works experinece required.
The Role
* Lead and manage site delivery across both projects.
* Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical elements of the schemes.
* Coordinate design, subcontractors, and materials.
* Chair progress meetings and report on programme and performance.
* Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and quality on site.
Requirements
* Proven background as a Site Agent or Sub Agent on wastewater projects.
* Experience delivering non-infrastructure works within live operational environments.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (EUSR / Water Hygiene desirable).
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, cost control, and programme management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
