We are a market-leader in the housing disrepair claims industry. We support social and council housing tenants across England to resolve disrepair issues and help make their house a proper home.
Due to expansion, we need a case handler to join our office-based team. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients to identify their disrepair needs and build a case file
* Assisting field/remote surveyors
* Keeping systems up to date with information about ongoing cases
* Producing reports based on field surveyors' findings
* Assisting the management team to ensure adequate and appropriate levels of work are undertaken and providing reporting information
* Deal with customer concerns and queries
Required skills:
* Strong organisation and time management skills (essential)
* Ability to prioritise your workload
* Ability to use a variety of communication styles to speak to customers from different backgrounds
* IT literate and comfortable using Microsoft applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Able to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
