You will be responsible for leading a class of 6–8 pupils, delivering tailored lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. The Role Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEND needs and abilities Leading a small class of 6–8 pupils, creating a structured and nurturing learning environment Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation, wellbeing, and social development Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals The Ideal SEND Teacher Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with SEND pupils, particularly ASC and SEMH Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A calm, patient, and adaptable approach The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils and staff A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding Why Work as a SEND Teacher with Vision for Education?
