Pool Hayes Academy is seeking a committed and experienced Deputy SENDCO to enhance a supportive Faculty. The role involves collaboration with colleagues to implement the SEND strategy, lead staff for students with additional needs, and serve as class teacher within the SRP provision, starting with 8 students.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to professional development, and the ability to inspire students in a progressive academy environment. This is a permanent full-time role starting in September 2026.
