Our sites are in an easily accessible location just off Cowpen Road in Blyth, Northumberland.
Our Estimators are part of our Business Development team who work hard to impress our customers and win new work.
What you’ll do:
* Interpret customer drawings to ensure scope of work is understood.
* Ensure pricing of RFQs is accurate and credible and deliver quotations to customer deadlines.
* Work with the Production team to conduct time studies which will enable you to quote accurately
* Drive improvements in the estimating process enabling Universal Wolf to provide an agile and responsive, best-in-class estimating service.
* Report on RFQ and Quotation KPI’s to provide visibility of quote team performance.
We’d love you to have:
* Previous fabrication experience
* The ability to read engineering drawings is a must
* Understanding of engineering processes
* Basic Microsoft skills
* Good interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with customers
