Our client is a rapidly expanding London-based company that is transforming cloud services, with a particular emphasis on AI and large language model (LLM) training. Their marketplace connects AI innovators with cloud service providers, fostering the development of advanced technologies.
Having raised $4+ million in seed funding and with Series A funding imminent, we are on an exciting trajectory, scaling rapidly and expanding globally. Our growing team includes a new office in New York, supporting operations, finance, and partnerships with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Dell, Lenovo, and Apple.
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated lawyer to join our London team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growth, navigating complex legal matters, and gaining exposure to some of the highest-profile deals in the tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the corporate, M&A, private equity, and fund-related transactions.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
* Contribute to strategic projects related to data centres, power agreements, and our GPU marketplace.
* Provide legal advice on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters.
What We’re Looking For
* 4-8 years of legal experience.
* Background in corporate, finance, M&A, private equity, or funds.
* Minimum of 2 years in private practice from a top 20 law firm.
* A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for tackling challenging tasks.
* A commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
* An interest in technology, AI, and cloud services is a plus.
