Overview
We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our workshop & customers in purchasing automotive parts and accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Duties
- Communicate with customers & workship to identify their parts needs
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory
- Provide pricing and availability information to customers
- Process orders for parts and accessories
- Assist in sourcing and ordering parts as needed for our workshop
- Utilise organisational skills to manage the parts department efficiently
- Excel in providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage inventory efficiently
- Ability to maintain accurate records of parts inventory
- Good phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm – Our workshop doesn't open of weekends so no weekend working. Great rates of pay are dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
