This company is well known and well regarded in Property Development Finance. They have been trading for 40 years and work with mainly, smaller and medium size residential property developers helping them to find the finance to fund new build and / or residential refurbishment projects usually between £1m to £30m, however the vast majority of projects are between £5m to £15m. They also have experience with commercial, industrial and mixed use development projects. They are very active in the South of the UK and now want to increase and build upon their presence in either:
1) South West / Wales
2) Oxfordshire / Herts
3) Midlands area
Therefore we are now looking for a BDM / BDD who MUST HAVE experience in Residential Property Development Finance and / or Commercial Bridging Loans.
The Role
This is a full-time, remote based role, for a Business Development Manager/Director - Property Finance solutions, based in the South West, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire or Midlands area. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships with smaller and medium size property developers.
