Job Description: Support the Accessories team (Leathergoods & Licensing Director and Product Development Manager) in delivering the end-to-end development process of the Accessories division, including Bags, Belts, Footwear, Jewellery and Special Projects. The PD Assistant will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the team towards the smooth running of the critical path and full product cycle, including: maintaining all product data in the PLM system, managing the library of raw materials, protos; sampling and proactively responding to internal and external requests and acting on updates in a timely manner. Responsibilities: - Upload and maintain new collection data on the PLM system. - Create and follow up Purchase Orders. - Compile visual plans for all accessories categories for internal communications (meetings, carnet etc.). - Support the Product Development Manager with tech packs for suppliers including all product specifications and pre-production comments. - Liaise with suppliers on shipments, trackings and monitoring deliveries. - Liaise with internal Ecomm and Creative teams to coordinate Accessories samples for various shoots and instruct retouching of images. - Help to prepare all Design and Product Development Meetings (prepare protos, raw materials, colour cards, boards, room set up) and attend key meetings to keep track of decisions and updates. - Sample management: maintain an up-to-date sample tracker with images; monitor the lending of samples externally and internally for shoots, press, gifting etc.; labelling and archiving - Maintain an updated library of raw materials: trims, leathers, hardware items, colour cards, so the team can locate quickly when needed. - Support with product and material information (composition, HTS codes, material tech sheets) - Support the team in the preparation of Shows and key Fittings and Shoots (samples preparation and shipments, packing lists, tools needed for the Show prep and fittings) Essential Skills & Requirements - 1-2 year experience in Product Development (experience in Leathergoods/Accessories preferred, but not mandatory). - Italian language preferred, but not mandatory - Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure delivery of results with tight deadlines. - Good communication skills: able to effectively share info with internal and external teams in a clear and concise way. - Flexible attitude and commitment to getting the job done
