About The Job
We are looking to recruit a Back End Engineer to join us on fast moving, innovative and influential work that is underway in the Defence and Security Sector. The role is to be part of a small highly skilled engineering team to extend the capabilities of an existing platform using a combination of AI approaches (e.g., LLM) and ASP logic programming.
Responsibilities / Qualifications
* 5 years minimum experience as a backend developer
* Experience with Python
* Data pipeline creation and management
* API creation and integration
* Database creation and integration
* Working with system models and JSON schemas
* ASP (Answer Set Programming) or other logic programming language
* Experience dealing with geospatial file formats
* Expertise in optimisation problems
