Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their Lease Advisory team in the Thames Valley.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and other lease advisory matters.
* Manage a portfolio of instructions, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
* Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients, achieving optimal outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues across different service lines to deliver joined-up consultancy solutions.
* Contribute to the reputation and market presence of the team through high-quality work and professionalism.
Key Requirements
* Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent).
* Strong track record in the Lease Advisory market, with demonstrable experience in rent reviews and lease renewals.
* Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organisation.
* Confidence in client engagement and business development activities.
