Location: Office based in Ilford
Purpose of Post
To oversee and deliver all communications and related activities for SPACE ensuring a coordinated and effective approach that maximises visibility and engagement.
This role will develop a segmented and targeted approach to relevant groups and individuals within the local community and beyond.
The post holder will be responsible for upholding and evolving SPACE'S brand to ensure consistency of voice, design, and messaging across all channels and touch points to both internal and external audiences.

You have proven experience in developing and delivering effective campaigns and managing projects with multiple stakeholders. You have strong digital skills, with the ability to use social media, websites and other communication tools to engage and inform diverse audiences in an accessible manner.

Job Responsibilities
The Communications Manager will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external communications to ensure consistency of voice, design, and messaging across all channels and touchpoints. This includes managing the brand, creating and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms, promoting exhibitions and events, and maintaining positive relationships with our diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
* To coordinate SPACE's communication activity, producing high quality online and offline media, managing social media activity and social media channels, and any future digital marketing platforms, ensuring effective communication and engagement with current and future audiences and stakeholders and other online platforms.
* Customer and market research to develop targeted campaigns and communications for identified groups to improve and increase participation, awareness.
* To duly promote SPACE activity and position SPACE messaging within the contemporary cultural landscape, engaging with press and fostering relationships with partner organisations, audiences, and artists.
