Amazonはお客様に商品を早く、低コストで届けると同時に、Eコマース事業のCO2排出を2040年までに実質ゼロにする目標を掲げています。Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions(JCFS)のSolution Engineeringチームでは、このチャレンジングなゴールを一緒に実現するBusiness Plannerを探しています。Amazonの幅広いNetworkを横断してオペレーションを理解し、スピード、コスト、Safety、Sustainability、Scalabilityのバランスをとった事業戦略策定と実行をリードします。自らアクションを起こして業務を前に進めることができ、かつ社内外の関係者と連携しながらアイデアを実現する道筋を描くこと楽しめる方を探しています。
社内関係者と連携してコスト削減機会を発掘し、目標達成に向けたProject/Technology Roadmapを設計します。そして今後1年および3年間のroadmapを文書にまとめ、Amazon JapanのVPおよびDirectorsへ提示し、実行許可とサポートを取得します。Business PlannerはManagerへレポートするとともに、業務の進捗は月次報告書や3か年計画書を通じてAmazon Japan Leadershipへも報告を行います。
Amazon aims to deliver to customers faster at lower costs while achieving net-zero carbon emissions from E-commerce operations by 2040. The Solution Engineering team at Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions (JCFS) is seeking a Business Planner who helps achieve this challenging goal. The role is responsible for the development and execution of balanced business strategies considering speed, cost, safety, sustainability, and scalability. We're looking for someone who can take proactive action to advance initiatives and enjoys trying out new ideas with internal and external stakeholders.
Working with diverse stakeholders from Operations, Automation, Process Engineering, Finance, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Procurement, this role identifies opportunities for further cost reduction and designs Project/Technology Roadmaps to achieve goals. They will document 1-year and 3-year roadmaps and present them to Amazon Japan Leaders for approval and support. This position reports to Sr. Program Manager and delivers project updates to Amazon Japan Leadership through monthly reports.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
